A "kota" is a traditional wooden structure in the Sami culture. Inspired from the ancient times it has become a lovely and popular place to take a break while adventuring in the wilderness of Finnish Lapland. When you get inside then immediately you feel impressed with the conviviality of the place. With a fire place in center and benches all around it's a fellowship atmosphere that invades the visitor. We have visited many but we have chosen this one. Probably because of the magnificent view right in front of its door... For that experience we suggest you to spend the night under our large teepee tent set up among the spruces and other small birch trees, and, share meals by the fire inside the kota. For your comfort just know that eco-toilets are available close to the site.
